I am SO excited to share with you my little masterpiece I created over the past 2 days in Summer's nursery. However, so you can fully experience the transformation I have documented the process step by step.
My VISION
The Base Flowers - the look of the flowers are from the crib bedding.
The second layer of paint...
With Stems and Leaves - now I'm lovin' it!
Flowers go 3-D
I flipped around the bumper pad so Summer will see the flowers.
Ta Da!

For the record I have to say that I had very low confidence that I could actually paint these flowers. Thanks to Mom for calling me and asking how far along I was...when I was procrastinating to start out of fear. Once I started and realized I was just painting small shapes at a time it became very fun...and I couldn't help but say "too cute" everytime I walked back into the room from my many bathroom breaks.
Jana Jana, You never cease to amaze me! You are unbelievable with all your many talents! I love the flowers-they are so you. I can't wait to see them in person. And I can't wait to see you and Summer and Chad in a couple of weeks-we are thrilled here in the mountains to be seeing ya'll! Love you, Susan
