Grillin' with Matt

Last night we grilled out a Tri Tip that Matt brought over. He has been marinating it for 24 hours in his Mom's special sauce. Chad is maning the grill (Weber charcoil, of course) and he said tonight we are doing an inversion grilling method (you know Chad). Meaning the coals are all lined around the edge with the center open for a smoke circle.

Maya (Matt's dog) is over playing with Sampson and Lucy.
Most importantantly we are THRILLED that USC lost to Oregon St!

Here are some pictures to enjoy...

Herer is a little inspiration for the Fall season...and an update on my Mums

Sis,

We are also so glad that USC lost. They are so overrated. They can't hang for a minute in the SEC. You'll have to let us know how the smoke ring goes. We don't have tri tip in the south. It is not big here like it is out west. I know that it is good though. I had it when I was out there visiting Mike P. I love cooking on the weber and am always looking for a new tecnique. It is really getting nice weather here and would be a great night out on the patio. Getting ready for the big weekend with the show down in Athens. Roll Tide Roll. You too. Hope you don't have to work Saturday. We are headed to Chris and Steph's for a big evening of football. Love ya and talk to you before the game.
